IDENTITY MEMBERSHIP & REWARDS

Wanting to break through the clutter of the Las Vegas market, The Cosmopolitan wanted to refresh the branding on their loyalty program. My team was able to rearchitect each level of the program and create distinct experiences in each. The team also crafted a cheeky voice and striking visuals that played into the brand’s personality to create an ownable look and feel for The Cosmopolitan in the Vegas landscape.
